Terms of Sale

AKC:
Each pup will receive its AKC registration papers upon taking possession. These are REAL Havanese puppies.  Their parentage is well above average.  If you plan to own one of this breed, beware of knock-off's.  They exist out there.  Each of these pups is being raised in a home environment and are extremely well socialized.  They love being handled by people and will attach to their new families in short time.  This is a loyal, loving breed. You will own a happy, socialized, smart, and beautiful Havanese puppy.

HEALTHCARE:
All puppies will receive their first set of protective puppy shots by the sellers' vets. Buyer is required to have their puppy examined by their own vet within one week of taking possession. This is to insure that the pup receives a certificate of health from both the seller's and the buyer's vets.

All health testing is up to date and complete including CERF

Cost to approved homes:
female puppies $2100
male puppies $1900

To hold your puppy for you, we require a non-refundable deposit of $250

Are you closer to eastern Massachusetts and prefer to pick up your puppy in Wilmington, MA (20 miles north of Boston) ? In most cases, we can do that for you! We Sox will go visit we Yankees and pick up your puppy for you. We'll keep your pup comfortable and happy for the 303 mile trek home. Just add $275 to your bill, payable in cash on delivery.

OR

Often, The Yankees meet their new family in Albany, NY. If that is an option for the litter, the Sox will charge just $150 to pick up.
